AMILUX of the T type represents the world-first genuine casing, developed by the company Atlantis-Pak.
AMILUX T type casing features all benefits of the permeable casings, i.e. their permeability to smoking fumes, as well as all benefits of the plastic casings, i.e. their high barrier properties (for this particular product type).
They use AMILUX T type casing to manufacture all sorts of Frankfurters and small sausages in conformity with respective technologies, involving smoking process, i.e. smoked frying. This casing permits to manufacture meat products, featuring traditional organoleptic properties, which are characteristic of the products, packed into certain permeable casings, like cellulose-made, natural and artificial ones. Additionally, said AMILUX T type casing features indisputable advantages, because it permits to manufacture food products, having twice as long shelf life and sales period without any secondary packing.
They produce AMILUX T type casing according to the genuine technology, representing patented know-how belonging to the company Atlantis-Pak, from the mixture of top-quality polyamides, specially developed for the company Atlantis-Pak by the leading polymer material manufacturers.
AMILUX T type casing features the following specifications:

A type – corrugated stick with closed end represents the casing, involving application thereof at the automatic equipment.
R type – corrugated stick with open end represents the casing, stipulating application of the manual injectors, fitted with twisting linkers, as well as manual wiring.
AMILUX T type casing needs no soaking before its application, because high elasticity of the casing permits to gain easily its stuffing calibre, thus permitting not only to raise process productivity, but also to improve hygienic production conditions.
