AMIVAC NT is a combination of maximal barrier properties, high shrinkage qualities and increased strengths.
EVOH barrier layer is used
EVOH (copolymer of ethylene and vinyl alcohol) is the most effective and ecologically safe material nowadays, which possesses the maximum barrier properties in relation to oxygen. The shelf life of the product packed in films with EVOH barrier layer is greatly increased due to this properties. Permeability of EVOH layer for oxygen is approximately equal to permeability of an aluminium layer of the same thickness.

Technical features:
• High barrier properties provides long shelf-life of packed products. High oxygen barrier level of AMIVAC NT is especially good for packing of fresh meat. No de-coloration of the meat is guaranteed in case of long –time storage in AMIVAC NT bags.
• Low vapor permeability excludes water losses (mass losses) of the product during storage
• Such visual properties of the bags as increased  gloss and extended transparency gives an opportunity to demonstrate the product to the customer in most attractive way.
• Excellent shrinkage is guaranteed even at 85-87˚С. The vacuum bag perfectly well fits a product creating effect of "the second skin».
• High strength properties provide safety of the packed products at all stages of transportation and warehousing.
• Individual tight packing of packs of AMIVAC vacuum bags guarantees protection against adverse external influence during all warranty period of storage and provides high sanitary-and-hygienic level of vacuum bags.
• Absence of chlorine-containing substances . During the shelf-life there is no migration of chlorine compounds. Products packed in AMIVAC NT preserves their natural smell and flavor all the shelf-life period through. The recycling of chlorine-free packaging makes less harm to the environment.
• For the production of AMIVAC NT bags are used only those raw materials that are allowed for the direct contact with foodstuffs in accordance with the legislation of Russia, Ukraine, EC and USA. This means that in case of export deliveries and need of local certification the AMIVAC NT bags will not put any obstacle in getting necessary licensing hygienic documents.
