AMIVAC CH-B type product represents plastic bag, featuring thermal contraction. These bags are intended to be used for vacuum-aided packaging of all ripening cheeses in the low or high temperature environment of the second thermal processing, including cheeses, which feature higher level of sour milk processing.

AMIVAC CH-B type bags feature the following specifications:

- High resistance of the bags to punctures permit to exclude completely any eventual punctures of the bags during transportation, storage, etc., thus protecting packed cheeses against eventual penetration of any micro flora or oxygen;
- Permeability to carbon dioxide together with high barrier properties against oxygen and minimum permeability to water vapours provide gaining of the required organoleptic, chemical and microbiological indices for cheeses both at the ripening stage and subsequent storage thereof;
- Thermal contraction properties of said bags along with their elasticity provide tight encasing of thus packed cheeses without any overpressing.
For instance, when packing such cheese, as “Russian”, into AMIVAC bags followed by further thermal contraction thereof, said bags would never destroy imprinted pattern of the cheese that has shaped up during moulding process;
- Sterility property: right after said bags manufacturing we follow their re-packing into the secondary packages, thus excluding feasible opportunity of any bacteriological seeding thereof;
- Absence of the chlorine-containing substances: we advocate ecological purity of our living environment that is why we never use any chlorine-containing substances during manufacturing process of the AMIVAC CH-B bags.
